I've been on the lookout for all natural vitamins since my mom got me all preservative conscious and was appauled that she had them in her vitamins. Obviously I could not remain content after that and I came across this brand Rainbow Light. You can also get them at Amazon as well as Iherb.com and probably many other places but I like the detailed info that iherb gives. Now I need to see if I can find them for children.

Rainbow Light are good products. They are also VEGAN products. Our doctor last month recommended we go vegan for health and to lose weight. We both lost 7 pounds in one week, eating lots of food. Then I quit, I wanted Red Robins hamburgers! LOL! Julie is doing raw vegan. She got a blender and a dehydrator. We both was doing vegan and did not know it. She tries to do 5 days of raw vegan. She has lost 9 pounds and David 20.
hey good that makes me feel even better about getting them, now if only they weren't so freaking HUGE I could swallow them so maybe when my gagginess is over I'll resume them. Mom got the ones for menopause.
